Resolved - We're pleased to confirm the issue experienced by customers yesterday is now resolved and all email notifications containing yesterday's and today's data have now been sent. Due to the increased volume of data, some alerts were received later than normal today. As of tomorrow, customers can expect to receive their alerts at the normal time. We apologise for any inconvenience this issue has caused, should you have any further questions regarding this matter please do contact your dedicated Account Manager who will be more than happy to assist.

Identified - One of our data sources is currently experiencing an issue which has delayed today's alerts. We have identified the issue and are actively looking into this to get it resolved today.
